Rigid Plastic Sheet Extrusion
EBF Plastics (Pty) Ltd. was established due to the need for an alternative
supplier to the extruded plastic sheet industry, and started production
in November 2003 from our facilities situated in Meadowdale Germiston.
Our staff has a collective expertise of many years in the industry and,service
the Gauteng, Kwa Zulu Natal and Eastern and Western Cape.
Plastic Sheet available:
ABS Sheet (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
Used in a variety of applications ranging from the motor industry and
refrigeration to point of sale signage and screenprinting. This plastic
sheeting suitable for both fabrication and screenprinting.
Standard colours are black white and silver.
POLYSTYRENE Sheet (high impact)
Used in similar applications to ABS with the added advantage of a high
gloss finish and excellent vacuum forming properties.
Standard colours are black white and silver.
POLYPROPELENE Sheet (PPH)
Widely used in applications where good impact strength and chemical resistance
is required. Applications include tank linings, ducting, wheel arches
and mud flaps. Grades available are also ideal for vacuum forming.
Standard colours are black and natural
HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE Sheet)
As with PPH high impact strength makes this material a good choice for
the automotive industry as well as engineering applications where chemical
and dielectrical properties are important.
Standard colour is black.
POLYESTER TEREPHTHALATE GLYCOL (PETG Sheet)
PETG has superior fabricating properties ideal for drilling cutting and
routering as well as being a perfect product for vacuum forming, as it
requires no pre drying.
Standard colours is clear and opal 050
ACRYLIC Sheet
Available in both medium impact (MI) and ultra high impact (UHI) this
material has excellent optical properties and is the first choice for
external applications such as glazing, point of sale light boxes, wind
deflectors for boats and motorcycles,rooflights and light diffusers.
Standard colours are clear and opal 050.
All our plastic sheets are available in various thicknesses from 1mm up to 8mm with smooth, prismatic leather grain and fine grain finishes. Special colours are available on request.
