Plastic Injection Moulding and mouldmakers , specializing in the automotive
industry in South Africa. Werma Injection Mouldings is a new acquisition
and has been trading since 2001.
Werma manufacture a wide range of automotive and non-automotive plastic
products and parts.

Product in the making for bumbo :
Trays that fits over the bumbo baby seat. Baby can place food or cooldrink ect onto tray. It is also used as a cover to prevent baby from climbing out. Tray is manufactured from abs. Volumes per month 100 000(one hundred thousand)

Efekto : we produce cockroach traps for them
Bayer : we produce plastic spoons for different kind of purposes
Feltex Auto Trim : we produce different plastic components for the automotive
industry
Bosal : we produce heatshields for the automotive industry
A.i manufacturers : we produce doorcappings for the nissanQw ldv
Westingcorp : we produce bird cappings for transformers
Transwerke : we produce u-brackets for the railways
Nissan S.A. : we produced garnishes interior trim parts for Nissan.

New work :
Received new tooling work from bumbo international. We made the legs and
tray moulds for the baby bumbo seat. We also do the production for Bumbo.
Received new machining work from Aerosud and Denel Saab for the machining
of parts for the a400m Airbus Military Airoplane.

Large investments in this new plant with equipment meeting ISO 0001 quality
management systems gives customers the confidence to place business with
the company. An integrated company with Werma Patterns & Moulds as
the official plastic toolmakers, gives our client base a total package;
from technology know how, to manufacturing of plastic tooling, and the
final conversion process.

Information Technology to tool designs from press dies to trim dies, checking

with us. Information technology department is situated in house; using
state of the art computer design and manufacturing systems; all electronically
connected via network system.
Fully operational model making pattern-making department for polystyrene
patterns ready for steel and aluminium castings NC machined.
