With the expertise and experience acquired in the Tool & Die making industry in Germany, Mr. Waldemar Kauerauf launched Calibre Plastics (Pty) Ltd in 1963 in Johannesburg, South Africa. Since then, we have been on an incredible journey, transforming our founder's vision into a thriving enterprise that has proudly served local and international clients for over 6 decades.

At Calibre Plastics, we are not just about manufacturing; we are about delivering exceptional service and quality. Our state-of-the-art facility boasts 34 advanced Plastic Injection Moulding machines, capable of exerting clamping forces from 40

to 1350 tons. This allows us to expertly mould parts weighing up to 7.5 kg in a diverse array of materials, including Polypropylene, ABS, Nylon, Polycarbonate, and various synthetic rubbers.

Our dedicated team of skilled professionals possesses extensive knowledge of the various materials we work with and their specific applications. We are here to offer expert advice on the unique qualities of each grade, including density, rigidity, and strength.

Our onsite warehouse boasts over 2000 m² of space, allowing for quick and efficient order processing. While we prioritize pickup for your convenience, delivery can be arranged. Our state-of-the-art stock handling equipment ensures everything runs smoothly!
