Our facility operates 40 injection moulding machines, ranging from 40 ton to 1350 ton clamping force, enabling us to manufacture components up to 7.5 kg depending on part design and material selection.
We mould in a wide range of polymers including ABS, HDPE, LDPE, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene and Polypropylene, as well as various synthetic rubbers, and our team can advise on material suitability based on functional requirements such as density, rigidity, and strength.

Our team has extensive experience working with recycled-content materials, and we can guide customers on the viable use of regrind or post-industrial recycled content based on technical, regulatory, and performance requirements.
