PVC Resin

Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin or PVC Resin as it is popularly called, a thermoplastic resin which can be softened on reheating. A common term for this commodity polymer is Vinyl. Often available in the form of a powder, PVC granules are highly resistant to oxidisation and degradation.

Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Resin

This resin is engineered to provide high dimensional strength and mechanical properties. The low crystallinity and fusion heat of the resin, provides unique advantages such as low residual acetaldehyde generation in injection molding and also lower energy required for conversion into bottles.

PE Wax

A polyethylene wax, mainly linear, with a high melting point and high viscosity, suitable for industrial applications.

Flexible Black PVC Compound

A lead free, heat stabilised, flexible PVC compound.

A medium molecular weight all-acrylic copolymer processing aid for PVC applications including high output extrusion and injection.

Stearic Acid

Stearic Acid is a saturated long-chain fatty acid with an 18-carbon backbone. Stearic acid is found in various animal and plant fats, and is a major component of cocoa butter and shea butter.

Styrene/Acrylic Emulsion

A styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion designed for multipurpose applications. It is used to formulate many kinds of paints over a wide range of PVC, from glossy to high PVC coatings. Has a fine particle size, which confers very high pigment binding capability.

Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE)

Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a high molecular elastomeric material that is chlorinated by HDPE. It is a white powder and innocuous. It has excellent anti-flaming, weather-ability, lower-temperature flexibility and impact strength, etc. It can be blended with other plastics and rubber, mainly used as PVC impact modifier.

Expandable Polystyrene (EPS)

Expandable Polystyrene (EPS), is suspension polymerized from styrene monomer containing flame retardant agent, further dipped with blowing agent.

Calcium Zinc based PVC Stabiliser

Widely used in many flexible and rigid PVC applications. Can give products a high degree of clarity, good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent organoleptic properties and good outdoor weatherability.

Calcium Carbonate

A high brightness Calcium Carbonate powder manufactured from an exceptionally white limestone with excellent matting properties.

Calcium Stearate

Calcium Stearate is a normal calcium soap of Stearic Acid. It is a very good internal & external lubricant for PVC as well as in other plastic processing. It can also be used as a mould release agent.

Titanium Dioxide

Titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the sulphate process. This is a high cost-effective product which has exceptional dispersion, good whiteness, good hiding and tinting strength with low oil absorption.

Ethoxylated Mono Alkylphenol (NP9)

Neonol AF 9-9 is an Ethoxylated Mono Alkylphenol on the basis of propylene trimer; it is a highly efficient nonionic surfactant.

Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate

Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate 70% (SLES 70%) is a kind of anionic surfactant with excellent performance. It has good cleaning, emulsifying, wetting and foaming properties.

Tribasic Lead Sulphate (TBLS)

Excellent heat stabiliser widely used in PVC production for both Rigid & Flexible applications, where long-term heat stability is required.

Lead Stearate (LS)

Lead Stearate (LS) is used in the manufacture of PVC Stabilisers. Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc Stearates are use in the processing and manufacture of polymers, paint and rubber.
