We also consult for offshore tooling projects on moulds that are too big to handle locally. This service includes mould specifications on design, materials and heat treatments, continuous mould progress reports and inspection visits during the tool trial phase.

We consistently weld for Big International Brands such As Tupperware™. It allows us to repair and maintain moulds with a fast turnaround time to ensure customers remain in production and efficient.
Our service is specifically targeted to split line regeneration and small areas of damage. The method of this laser welding ensures the parts being welded will not bend or deform as there is minimal heat transfer. This allows thinner parts to be welded easily.
Here at Gantec we don’t compromise on quality, we operate highly advanced CNC machinery including CNC machining centres as well as CNC turning.
We recently acquired one of only 2 High-speed DMG-Mori machining centres in South Africa.
This machine allows us to lower machining times while keeping tighter tolerances.
