Erema Africa, a leading specialist engineering company in the plastic and recycling industry, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Technician to join our growing team.

Position: Field Technician

Location: Based in South Africa, with international travel

Industry: Plastic & Recycling

Experience Required: 3–5 years in the plastic industry

Start Date: ASAP

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ experience in the plastic manufacturing or recycling industry
• Strong technical understanding of machinery and systems
• Electrical knowledge is a definite advantage
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Traveling across the globe for machine start-ups, service trips, and system assessments
• Representing Erema Africa on-site with professionalism and technical excellence
• Working closely with international teams and clients in high-tech environments

Training & Development:

Before deployment, successful candidates will undergo a 3-week intensive training course, which must be successfully passed. This is your opportunity to gain deep insight into Erema systems and technologies.
